Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legal agreement between the pu77 platform ("pu77", "we", "us") and any user of this platform ("you", "user"). Eligibility Requirements

To use the pu77 platform, the following eligibility requirements must be met:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You must be of sound mind and full legal capacity.
• You must be acting on your own behalf — operating an account on behalf of a third party is prohibited.
• You must not be a resident of any area where online betting is completely prohibited.

pu77 employees or members of their immediate family — who are directly involved in operating the platform — may not participate in betting or gaming activities on this platform.

Deposits & Withdrawals

pu77 supports transactions through the most widely used mobile financial services in Bangladesh. Every transaction is processed securely and quickly.

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The accepted payment methods at pu77 are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. A minimum deposit of ৳100 (one hundred taka) can be made through all four methods.

4.2 Deposit Terms

• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Funds received from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• If a deposit does not complete or a technical error occurs, contact support immediately.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before submitting a withdrawal request, ensure your account has been fully verified. Withdrawals are only possible to the same payment method used for the deposit. Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn — details are provided in the next section.

• Once a withdrawal request has been verified, funds are typically transferred within 5 to 30 minutes.
• For unusual or suspicious transactions, pu77 reserves the right to temporarily hold a withdrawal pending additional verification.
• If an active bonus is present, its wagering requirement must be completed before a withdrawal can be made.

4.4 Anti-Fraud Policy

Any attempt at chargebacks, payment fraud, or any form of financial fraud will result in permanent account closure and the relevant authorities may be notified.

Before bonus funds can be withdrawn, specific wagering requirements must be met. For the welcome bonus, the wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount (on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit).

• No other bonus may be activated while a bonus is already active.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred directly to another player.

5.4 VIP Program

The pu77 VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. The Bronze tier offers a weekly cashback of up to 0.4%, the Silver tier up to 0.8%, and the Gold tier up to 1.2%. Regular and active play allows you to advance to higher tiers.

Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting, live casino, slots, and all other gaming activities on pu77.

6.1 Sports Betting

• All bets are settled based on the final result. If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded.
• pu77 reserves the right to void bets that were accepted erroneously due to a technical fault.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Unusual betting patterns (for example, placing a bet after the outcome is already known) will be treated as suspicious.

6.2 Casino & Slot Games

• All game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is fully impartial and verifiable.
• If a software fault occurs during a game, the result of that round will be voided and the bet amount will be refunded.
• If a connection is lost during an active game session, the result will be determined according to the server's records.

6.3 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:

• Using betting software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bonus abuse or bonus harvesting.
• Conducting betting activity using multiple accounts.
• Colluding with other players to place bets.

9.1 Account Closure Process

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the verifiable balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned. However, in the case of a rule violation, pu77 reserves the right to confiscate all balances.

9.2 Self-Requested Account Closure

Intellectual Property

All content on the pu77 platform — logos, designs, software, text, graphics, videos, and audio elements — is the intellectual property of pu77. Reproduction, distribution, or use of these materials for commercial purposes without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
